Tank Material: We offer a variety of tank materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, manganese steel, aluminum, steel with plastic (or rubber) lining, and plastic tanks.

Good Welding: The tank body is manufactured using advanced automatic vertical welding techniques and arc butt welding technology for the heads, along with full-steel composite forming.

Our robust oil tanker trucks come fully equipped with a high-quality dispenser, a 15-meter hose reel, and a precision refueling gun. For added versatility, optional mediums such as diesel, gasoline, and kerosene are available, offering powerful flexibility. Customers can choose from the reliable Yuchai engine, the renowned Cummins engine, or the durable Chaochai engine to meet their specific needs. All configurations are designed to easily meet your rigorous working requirements.

Optional components include various chassis, tankers, valve sizes, and materials, complemented by a 5km emergency shut-off system, ensuring maximum safety and operational efficiency. The Dongfeng chassis offers exceptional configuration with a 4,700mm wheelbase, model D9, and features such as air conditioning, power windows, ABS, air-cut brakes, exhaust brakes, and anti-explosive tires. It is further enhanced with an emergency device, front collision warning systems, and lane departure reminders for ultimate security.

Precautions for Fuel Tank Truck

Check if the rear anti-static traction belt is touching the ground and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

Insert the pole into the damp ground to prevent static electricity from causing a fire.

Check that the clutch control handle, power take-off control handle, and control valve switch are in the correct positions. Ensure that the throttle is set to the minimum and the ball valve handles are properly positioned.

Check the lubricating oil level in the pump gearbox. If it is insufficient, add gear oil.

If there is no liquid in the oil pump, a guide fluid should be added to the pump body in advance. When using a new vehicle for the first time, it is necessary to add guide fluid to the pump to prevent damage caused by dry running without liquid.

Check whether the discharge pipeline, discharge valve, and conveying pipe are empty and clean, ensuring that all pipelines are suitable for loading and unloading the intended medium.

If liquid needs to be extracted, keep the rotating equipment away from the oil tanker to prevent entanglement. When extracting liquid, the pump should be stopped promptly, and the valve should be closed.

In emergency situations, promptly close the emergency control valve to stop the flow.
