U-Shaped Main Boom

Rope Release Method
There are two methods for rope release: inner rope out and outer rope out. These are made according to customer specifications.
Before operating the crane, the rope clamp of the steel wire rope must be inspected. First, check whether the rope clamp securing the steel wire rope is tight and if the rope is seated properly in the groove. If the steel wire rope is twisted, creased, worn, severely corroded, has more than 10% of the wires broken, has a reduced diameter of more than 7%, or is discolored due to overheating, the rope should be replaced.
The extension and bending of the onboard crane are primarily controlled by the oil cylinders.
There are both single-cylinder and double-cylinder oil cylinders.
A balance valve is placed between the telescopic rods to ensure proper sequencing of boom extension and retraction.
The raw materials of the oil cylinder barrel undergo quenching and tempering treatments, resulting in strong tensile strength.
The piston rod is quenched and tempered, and its outer surface is coated with hard chromium to improve rust resistance and wear resistance.
The sealing components are of high standards, suitable for the operating conditions of the host machine.
