(1). The material of the tank body is high-strength and high-quality alloy manganese steel Q345. After cutting the material with a plasma cutting machine to ensure the accuracy of the tank body, the international advanced squirrel cage tooling mold is used to keep each section of the tank body coaxial and concentric to ensure tank life and safety. In the production of the tank body, each seam of the tank body adopts the international leading welding process, which is welded by intelligent straight/circumferential seam welding robots, and the weld seam is uniform and the quality is reliable.

(2). The blade adopts thickened blade with double-paired helix and wear-resistant steel bar, which is stamped and formed by using big data three-dimensional three-dimensional marking. In addition to good wear resistance, it also has discharge block, no segregation when stirring, no residue, Durable and other characteristics.

(3). The sub-beam adopts 8mm tubular tube, which is seamlessly cold-drawn and has the advantages of no fracture, no deformation, no bending, high torsion resistance, safety and reliability.

(4). The core reducer of the mixer truck is Italy PMP/Bonfiglioli/TOP, which has the advantages of large torque and long life; the hydraulic system adopts German Rexroth/American Eaton/American Sao, with excellent quality and stable performance; the special structure supporting wheel adopts Timken bearings imported from the United States.
