1. Advanced electronic control system. PLC (programmable logic controller) integrated control is adopted, the control circuit is generated in the PLC, and the logic circuit is used to ensure that the operation instructions are executed in sequence, and at the same time, the interlocking between the operation instructions is ensured. The external connection is only the line, which reduces the failure rate. , to avoid accidents caused by misoperation and improve reliability;

 

2. Hydraulic lifting safety circuit. In the hydraulic system of the lifting filler, a one-way balance valve is set. The valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler, but also cuts off the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic oil pipe. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not fall suddenly, which improves the safety of use.

 

3. The compressed garbage truck is in a closed state during the compression filling and transportation process. A unique sewage valve is installed on the sewage tank, which is reliable in sealing and not easy to block. The filler is optional to completely cover the feeding port of the filler, and the disturbance of the exhaust air flow during the transfer process will cause garbage and dust to fly, and the appearance is more beautiful.
