The CLW 14m³ Compactor garbage truck" is equipped with a wide body luxury cab and a Cummins 190hp engine. The vehicle is equipped with advanced features such as power steering, central locking, and electric glass.

The cargo compartment has a capacity of up to 14 cubic meters and is made of Q345 high-strength manganese steel, which is sturdy and durable. The new type of crushable scraper, middle and rear sewage tanks, and bidirectional peristaltic compression technology ensure more solid compression of garbage. The vehicle is also equipped with a hydraulic system from a well-known domestic brand, with centralized electronic control inside and outside the cab, making it easy to operate. In addition, the tail flipping bucket mechanism can flip two 240L national standard square plastic trash cans simultaneously, and the pneumatic sealing cover design ensures the sealing during garbage transportation.

VEHICLE PEPFORMANCE

1. The curved box greatly increases the volume of the box and enhances the overall aesthetics of the vehicle.

2. The power take-off adopts a well-known domestic brand, which is specially equipped for special vehicles and perfectly matched with the engine and gearbox, with a low failure rate.

3. The oil pump adopts the well-known domestic brand Wanye gear oil pump, equipped with a compaction valve to increase compression density and increase loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times the amount of non compressed waste discharged in the same ton level.

4. The oil tank is enlarged and the volume is increased to prevent high temperature of hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added to the oil tank through a hydraulic oil filter to filter out impurities in the hydraulic oil, reduce the failure rate, and effectively prevent damage to accessories. The multi way valve adopts a Sino foreign joint venture brand, matched with Zhongmei multi way valve and Hepris oil cylinder, with low failure rate and CAN bus control mode; Less wiring, low failure rate, convenient maintenance and repair.

5. Automation of homework: It adopts a dual system control of photoelectric switch and time, with a one key unloading function. During the entire filling and unloading operation, only one driver is required to operate. It can be set to two operation modes: fully automatic and semi-automatic, which not only reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers, but also greatly improves the working environment.

6. Dual insurance system: The operating system has dual functions of computer control and manual operation, greatly ensuring and improving the utilization rate of vehicles. Change the position of the pressure regulating valve to prevent customers from adjusting the pressure without authorization. Remind customers to switch on and off the power take-off to prevent damage to the power take-off.
