1、 High work noise

When designing and manufacturing the Garbage truck, the chassis, engine and power takeoff of the vehicle shall be carefully selected, and measures shall be taken to enhance the stability of the system movement and reduce noise. Materials that can absorb noise shall be used, and the structural design shall be able to reduce vibration. Through the optimization design of the hydraulic system and loading mechanism, the processing accuracy and assembly quality shall be improved to reduce the vehicle operating noise.
2、 Poor sealing reliability
Due to the characteristics of solid liquid mixtures in domestic household waste, in order to achieve no leakage during the collection and transportation process, the following methods can be used to solve the problem.
(1) Install an edge baffle between the filler hopper and the loader to prevent garbage from leaking out,
(2) The bottom plate of the carriage should have a certain slope to prevent the leakage of garbage leachate.
(3) Install a sewage sink under the stuffer to store the dripping sewage between the carriage and the stuffer.
(4) Strengthen the sealing at the connection between the loader and the carriage to prevent garbage leakage and leachate dripping during the compression process.
3、 Low utilization rate of load capacity
Reducing the self mass of the compressed Garbage truck and improving its load utilization will reduce the vehicle operating cost. As the top mounting structure of the compressed Garbage truck is complex and the self weight is large, the chassis with high technology, good power, light self weight and high cost performance shall be preferred in the design
