Q1:What to pay attention to when operating a truck mounted crane?

A:

1) Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether all operating devices are normal, whether the steel wire rope complies with safety regulations, and whether the brakes, hydraulic devices, and safety devices are complete, sensitive, and reliable. It is strictly prohibited to operate machinery with defects.

2) The elevation angle of the boom shall not be less than 30 °, and the crane should try to avoid lifting and lowering the boom under load conditions. It is strictly prohibited to change the control lever before the lifting arm takes off and lands securely.

 

3) Drivers and crane operators must closely cooperate and follow the signal commands of the commanding personnel. Before operation, the horn must be sounded first. If unclear or incorrect command gestures are found, the driver has the right to refuse to execute. During work, the driver must immediately stop any emergency stop signal issued by anyone, and can only continue work after the unsafe factors are eliminated.
