 ⒈Features 

 

Strong power：Equipped with Weichai 3.76L 116-horsepower engine and matched with WLY 6-speed transmission, it offers powerful output and significantly improves transportation efficiency.

 

Comfortable wide-body cab： 2080mm ultra-wide cab, with central door lock, electric windows and air conditioning, making driving and riding more comfortable.

 

 

Strong and reliable refrigeration unit

 

It is equipped with Han Ya 600C refrigeration unit . This unit is renowned for its efficient and stable cooling performance, capable of rapidly lowering the temperature inside the compartment to the set value and maintaining a constant temperature, effectively extending the freshness period of vegetables.

 

HOWO refrigerated truck has also made great efforts in its interior design. The interior of the vehicle is specially equipped with 1.5-meter-high anti-collision aluminum plates. This design not only enhances the structural strength of the vehicle body but also effectively resists unexpected collisions during transportation, protecting vegetables from damage.

 

The carriage is also equipped with 3mm thick thermal insulation curtains, effectively isolating the influence of external temperature on the interior of the carriage, maintaining a stable temperature and reducing energy consumption. In addition, the installation of ventilation slots ensures air circulation inside the carriage, preventing the problem of vegetable rot caused by excessive humidity, and further improving the quality of transportation.

 

 

 ⒉Our production process：

 

Advanced and latest wooden technology and thermal break insulation technology are adopted. The inner and outer box bodies are made of high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic, with deeply embedded bolts. A large negative pressure equipment is used for seamless synthesis and one-time molding. It features fast cooling speed, slow heat dissipation, and good insulation effect. The middle is filled with 8 cm thick high-grade insulation board. The bottom plate is made of 10 cm thick shock-resistant, heat-insulating and durable thickened plate. The box body is edged with right-angle aluminum profiles, and the rear door is equipped with stainless steel lock parts.
