What should be prepared before operating a sewage truck?

A suction truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, and transports sludge and sewage, avoiding secondary pollution. The sewage suction truck can self suction and discharge, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, crude oil, etc. The National V sewage suction truck adopts domestically advanced vacuum pumps with high suction power and long suction range, which are particularly suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sediment in sewers, especially for larger objects such as mud, silt, stones, bricks, etc.

Preparation before operation:

The vehicle is parked on a flat and sturdy ground with sufficient load-bearing capacity. The handbrake in the driver's cabin of the main vehicle must be pulled up.

1. Check if the vehicle engine is turned off.

2. Take out the key and keep it safe (ensuring that the equipment does not start during the inspection process).

3. Observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena under the cab (such as leaks, loose drive belts, etc.). If any abnormalities are found, it is recommended to immediately carry out repair work.

4. Check if there is enough hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank. If the oil level is insufficient, please add hydraulic oil.

5. Check if the filter of the vacuum pump is clean and in the correct working condition. If necessary, please clean the filter.

6. Check if the water level in the water storage tank of the water-cooled pump has reached 2/3 of the highest liquid level in the tank. If the water level is insufficient, please add water.

7. Check whether the discharge cover of the head is tightly closed with the discharge cylinder and whether the locking handwheel is properly closed.

8.Check if the discharge valve and feed valve on the rear head are properly closed.

9. Check if the filter of the pump is clean and in the correct working position. If necessary, clean the filter.

10. Check if the inlet valve of the high-pressure water pump is open. If it is not open, it must be opened.

11. Check if the air in the high-pressure water pump pipeline has been completely expelled.

12. Check if the reel is in good condition. Ensure that the high-pressure ball valve is open. Check the overall condition of the high-pressure hose. If the rubber outer layer of the high-pressure hose is worn and the internal steel structure is visible, the high-pressure hose cannot be used anymore.

13. Before adding water, the filter should be checked and cleaned.

14. Add clean water to the water tank through the fire hydrant and add the water from the clean water tank to the desired location. Check whether there is enough water in the water tank through the water level gauge.

15. When cleaning, observe the water level from the liquid level gauge. If the water level is below the red line, it should be replenished in a timely manner.

16. Check if there is enough fuel in the fuel tank. If the fuel level is insufficient, please refuel.

If all the above inspection items are normal, insert the car key back into the main car switch.
