1. The water collection angle of the left and right spray rods, nozzle angle, and suction nozzle spray rod angle were not adjusted properly, and the fan shaped water curtain was not properly overlapped
2. The working speed of the auxiliary engine or fan is too low, and the fan belt is slipping
3. Blocked vacuum duct
4. The vacuum system has air leakage, the rear door is not tightly closed, or the rubber suction pipe is broken
5. Excessive ground clearance or damaged support wheel during suction nozzle operation
6. Improper inclination or rotation speed of the scanning disc
7. Short brush wear
Solution:
1. Adjust the spray rod angle, nozzle angle, and fan shaped water curtain overlap angle
2. Check the auxiliary engine and manual throttle operating mechanism, and tighten the belt
3. Check if there is any blockage inside the straw, clean the straw and filter screen
4. Repair or replace the seal of the garbage bin interface, close the rear door tightly, or replace the rubber straw
5. Adjust the installation height of the tugboat to ensure the ground clearance of the suction nozzle or replace the support wheel
6. Adjusting the tilt angle and speed of the scanning disc
7. Replace the brush
