The JAC Mobile Kitchen Truck is a versatile catering solution integrating superior performance and multifunctionality.

 

Design & Structure

 

Body material: High - quality steel framework. The outer layer is covered with 1.2mm cold - rolled steel plate, the inner layer is made of stainless steel plate, and a high - performance insulation board is filled in the middle. The box has an arc - edge shape with a lower surround structure. According to the layout of the chassis, maintenance hatches are set. The floor inside the compartment is paved with bamboo - plywood as the base, and then decorated with aluminum chequered plate on the outside. The cabinet is treated for rust prevention and painted with special exterior paint.

 

Box structure: One side of the box can be manually flipped up, with a built-in manual flipping platform. The tailgate has a single opening door and is equipped with a climbing ladder for getting on the car and climbing to the top,

●One dual burner stove, type: oil/liquefied gas dual-use, with one top 100L fuel tank.

 

●One 1.8-meter stainless steel platform freezer and one double-layer stainless steel storage rack above.

 

● One 12 grid full meal cabinet, type: single door, electric/liquefied gas dual-use, can accommodate 240-360 people for dining.

 

● 1 single basin sink.

◆ Ventilation equipment: 1 set of smoke exhaust fan and hood, 1 manually opened sunroof on the roof, and 3 manually opened ventilation windows on the side panels.

 

◆ Waterway system: 1 280L stainless steel clean water tank at the front, 1 40L galvanized sewage tank at the bottom, and 1 220V booster water pump.
