Methods for Eliminating Operating Errors in Washing and Sweeping Cars

It is common for washing and sweeping vehicles to malfunction due to misoperation, so drivers must be cautious about this situation. Let's first talk about the high-pressure water spraying operation of the washing and sweeping vehicle. Therefore, if the use and operation methods are incorrect, it can lead to human accidents, so it should be handled with caution.
The following is the operation method for washing and sweeping the car:
(1) There is a lot of sediment, and if it is not cleaned thoroughly at once, the washing and sweeping vehicle can be repeated.
① When cleaning, if the pressure is stable, to protect the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge switch can be turned off. But as soon as there is a change in working conditions, the pressure gauge switch should be immediately turned on to monitor the pressure change
② If the water level is at a dangerous level, immediately stop the operation and add water;
(2) Wash and sweep the car backwards
① One person operates the pipe support to protect the high-pressure hose
② Place the coil handle in the "retracted" position, and the coil device rotates counterclockwise to coil the high-pressure rubber hose;
③ The speed control knob adjusts the collection speed appropriately based on the amount of sludge;
④ Open the washing needle valve;
⑤ Increase the hand throttle to clean the water pump at a speed of 1000-1200 rpm;
⑥ When the nozzle approaches the inlet, turn down the hand throttle to allow the water pump to rotate at a slower speed for operation, and clean this section of the sewer directly;
(3) Parking location for cleaning the sewer of the washing and sweeping vehicle
① The cleaning vehicle should be parked in a straight line at the sink in the sewer. If the parking position is not suitable, it not only reduces the efficiency of the operation, but also shortens the service life of the rubber hose;
② The cleaning vehicle should be parked at the downstream wellhead of the section of sewer being cleaned, with the vehicle facing downstream;
a. When the pipeline is completely blocked and there is a lot of sediment, the cleaning operation should start from the sinking well downstream of this section;
b. Generally, cleaning operations can start from the upstream sink well;
(4) Washing and sweeping vehicle water pump drive operation
Before driving, the following items should be checked:
Operation cabinet ①. Place the hand throttle in the "small" position; ② Place the high-pressure three-way valve in the "return water" position;
Hydraulic system ①. Whether the oil tank is filled with sufficient oil; ② Are the two shut-off valves under the fuel tank open;
Waterway system ①. Whether the water tank is filled with clean water; ② Whether the shut-off valve is open; ③ Is there any blockage on the filter? ④ Check the lubricating oil level of the water pump crankcase;
Key points: Place the coil handle in the "stop" position; Place the speed control knob in the "slow" position; Place the pressure gauge switch in the "off" position; Place the washing tube in the "off" position; After confirming that all the above items are in the correct position, start the engine and move the water pump clutch lever on the transfer box back. The water pump can rotate at low speed;
(5) General precautions for washing and sweeping vehicles
① During operation, operators are not allowed to leave the operating cabinet in order to promptly handle any unexpected accidents that may occur;
② During operation, first use a pipe support device to feed the nozzle into the pipeline, and then open three valves. Do not approach the nozzle to avoid injury;
③ Do not use high pressure when transporting water, washing cars, or cleaning walls;
④ Clean water should be used, as sewage not only shortens lifespan but also causes air pockets during use;
(6) Water supply method for washing and sweeping vehicle water tank
① Before supplying water, the filter should be inspected and cleaned;
② Screw one end of the water delivery hose into the fire water hydrant or water supply truck, and the other end into the right water connection buckle in front of the water tank;
③ When supplying water, the water level can be observed from the water level gauge on the dashboard;
