Daily maintenance and operation procedures for Chengli fire trucks
Please note: After each actual use of the vehicle, it should be thoroughly cleaned, wiped, lubricated with oil (grease), and carefully inspected and maintained.
Weekly inspection and maintenance items:
1. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance.
2. Check if the tire pressure meets the normal pressure requirements and clean any debris on the tire.
3. Check the fixing condition of each component of the engine.
4. Check the connection of the steering tie rod, vertical pull rod, special steering arm, and ball joint.
5. Check whether there is any oil leakage, water leakage, or air leakage on the joint surfaces of the engine.
6. Check if the tightness of the engine belt meets the requirements.
7. Check the fixation of pipelines and wires in various parts.
8. Check the engine oil and replenish it if it is missing.
9. Check the coolant in the water tank and replenish it if it is missing.
10. Check the electrolyte of the battery, and if it is missing, supplement the electrolyte.
11. Check and replenish the power steering oil.
12. Clean the exterior of the radiator
13. Add windshield washer fluid.
14. Check if there is any leakage in the brake system, and if so, promptly repair it.
15. Check the sensitivity and reliability of the functions of all operation buttons.
16. When controlling the operation, pay attention to listening for any abnormal noise from the moving parts. If there is, check the source of the noise and eliminate any potential faults.
17. Check the effectiveness of all electrical components in the vehicle, such as alarms, horns, wipers, signals, lighting, buzzers, instruments, switches, displays, electric valves, hydraulic valves, etc.
18. Check if the connecting screws of each component are loose.
19. Check if the power take-off switch and control system are functioning properly.
20. Check if the water pump and pipeline valves are working properly.
21. Check if there is any leakage in the water pump and water pipeline.
22. The effectiveness of the water intake device should be checked and tested at least weekly.
