1. The curved box greatly increases the volume of the box and enhances the overall aesthetics of the vehicle.

 

2. The power take-off adopts a well-known domestic brand, which is specially equipped for special vehicles and perfectly matched with the engine and gearbox, with a low failure rate.

 

3. The oil pump adopts the well-known domestic brand Wanye gear oil pump, equipped with a compaction valve to increase compression density and increase loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times the amount of non compressed waste discharged in the same ton level.

 

4. The oil tank is enlarged and the volume is increased to prevent high temperature of hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added to the oil tank through a hydraulic oil filter to filter out impurities in the hydraulic oil, reduce the failure rate, and effectively prevent damage to accessories. The multi way valve adopts a Sino foreign joint venture brand, matched with Zhongmei multi way valve and Hepris oil cylinder, with low failure rate and CAN bus control mode; Less wiring, low failure rate, convenient maintenance and repair.

 

5. Automation of homework: It adopts a dual system control of photoelectric switch and time, with a one key unloading function. During the entire filling and unloading operation, only one driver is required to operate. It can be set to two operation modes: fully automatic and semi-automatic, which not only reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers, but also greatly improves the working environment.

 

6. Dual insurance system: The operating system has dual functions of computer control and manual operation, greatly ensuring and improving the utilization rate of vehicles. Change the position of the pressure regulating valve to prevent customers from adjusting the pressure without authorization. Remind customers to switch on and off the power take-off to prevent damage to the power take-off.

★Due to the complex upper structure and large self weight of the compressed garbage truck, reducing the self weight of the compressed garbage truck and improving its load utilization rate will reduce the operating cost of the vehicle. 1. During homework, unrelated personnel should be avoided from approaching vehicles, especially the rear of the vehicle.

 

2. Garbage should be evenly placed in the filling hopper, not concentrated on one side, causing the vehicle's center of gravity to shift, or the garbage should be stacked too high along the filling mouth of the hopper, affecting the uniform distribution of compacted garbage and garbage in the garbage bin.

 

3. During the compaction operation, attention should be paid to observation. If there are large pieces of other garbage that cannot be compressed (non household garbage), the operation should be stopped in a timely manner. After removal, the operation can continue to avoid damaging the working equipment of the vehicle. It is strictly prohibited to compress construction waste,

When lifting or dropping the filler during unloading operations, it is important to ensure the safety of the surrounding area and operate with caution. Do not lift the filler on a slope, as it may cause the center of gravity to shift backwards and cause a rollover accident.
