The new Isuzu KV100 insulated boom Man Lift Truck adopts glass fiber wet winding technology, with insulation performance reaching the international advanced level. It is equipped with a 2.0-meter effective insulation arm and chassis insulation system at a working height of 22 meters. Each unit has been professionally tested and delivered, and is equipped with high-efficiency power for National VI emissions. It can safely and flexibly respond to high-altitude live operations below 45 kV, ensuring zero risk for personnel and equipment.

The maximum working height of  4x2 Insulated Arm Bucket Truck reaches 20 meters (customizable), with a horizontal extension of 12 meters, covering the vast majority of high-altitude operation requirements. Equipped with a 360° full-rotation turntable and telescopic insulated boom, it can flexibly reach hard-to-reach areas such as overhead lines, wind turbine nacelles, or railway electrification systems. The stable outrigger system provides strong support even on uneven ground, and the 500-kilogram capacity work basket can accommodate 2-3 operators and tools, significantly enhancing on-site efficiency.
